Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different phone numbers, or via proxy — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2.3 Accurate Information. Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. aa45ph reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify the accuracy of registered information.
2.4 Jurisdiction. By registering, the Player confirms they are accessing aa45ph from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify local legal compliance. aa45ph does not warrant that use of the platform is legal in every jurisdiction.
2.5 Registration Completion. Account registration is completed upon successful OTP (one-time password) verification of the Player's registered Philippine mobile number. By completing registration, the Player acknowledges acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.
3.1 Player Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their aa45ph login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. aa45ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Two-Factor Authentication. aa45ph offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA). Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature via their account security settings. aa45ph may, at its discretion, require 2FA for accounts that have triggered unusual activity flags.
3.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing the first withdrawal, and at aa45ph's discretion thereafter, Players may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and a proof of mobile number ownership. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal holds until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.4 Suspicious Activity. aa45ph monitors accounts for suspicious activity including but not limited to: abnormal betting patterns, suspected bonus abuse, multiple account indicators, and signs of money laundering. aa45ph reserves the right to suspend accounts pending investigation without prior notice.
4.1 Accepted Methods. aa45ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency), and Coins.ph. Available methods are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100 for Philippine peso e-wallet methods. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are subject to the network minimum transaction value as displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
4.3 Deposit Currency. All player balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (₱). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting. aa45ph does not charge a deposit conversion fee; however, blockchain network fees may apply for crypto transactions.
4.4 Deposit Processing Time. GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and GrabPay deposits are credited to the Player's aa45ph wallet instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO) may take up to thirty (30) minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations, typically within 5–15 minutes for USDT TRC20.
4.5 No Third-Party Deposits. Players may only deposit from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. aa45ph reserves the right to reverse and withhold third-party deposits and may suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
5.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to platform policy. GCash and Maya withdrawals are the primary methods for Philippine peso payouts.
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.3 Processing Time. aa45ph targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when KYC verification is pending.
5.4 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion and these withdrawal terms.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Players in higher VIP tiers may have elevated withdrawal limits. aa45ph reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal requests.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by aa45ph are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed on the relevant promotion page. In case of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
6.2 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, device, IP address, email address, and payment method. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through the creation of additional accounts will result in forfeiture and account action.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified per promotion. aa45ph reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met within the specified period.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. aa45ph actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, and arbitrage between bonus offers. aa45ph reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is suspected.
6.5 Promotion Availability. Promotions are available for a limited time and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at aa45ph's discretion without prior notice. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion's specific terms.
7.1 Game Integrity. All aa45ph games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for electronic games, or physical dealing equipment for live dealer tables. 11.2 Exclusions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aa45ph shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits or gaming winnings due to technical failures outside aa45ph's reasonable control; or any losses arising from a Player's violation of these Terms.
11.3 Maximum Liability. aa45ph's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. aa45ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government or regulatory authority.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the aa45ph platform.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Players must first contact aa45ph customer support in writing at [email protected]. aa45ph will endeavor to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a written complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
12.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
aa45ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
